For students/parents:

You have the right to withdraw from any slots by sending an email to [email protected] within 14 days of submitting an online or manual application form, without providing a reason. Withdrawals made via text messages, Facebook messages, or phone calls will not be considered. After the 14-day period expires, withdrawals will not be possible, and the following terms and conditions will apply. If you have chosen to commence slots before the 14-day period, you acknowledge that you will forfeit your withdrawal right for lessons already provided within this period. If no withdrawal is made within the 14-day period, the following conditions apply:

Cancellation or rescheduling of booked slots must be made at least 48 hours before the lesson's date by sending an email to [email protected]. The slot will be rescheduled to a mutually convenient date and time within the same week or the week following. In the event of unexpected illness before a slot, a scanned medical certificate sent to [email protected] is required to reschedule the lesson. For one-to-one slots, they will be substituted with a Skype session. Cancellations made via text messages, Facebook messages, or phone calls will not be considered valid. Failure to follow this procedure will result in invoicing for unattended slots, whether paid or unpaid. Please note that additional homework club slots requested by a student beyond the regular set cannot be canceled.

Should you wish to terminate all slots, regardless of the reason, you must notify us at least 3 weeks in advance by sending an email to [email protected]. Termination requests made via text messages, Facebook messages, or phone calls will not be considered. You are also required to pay for any lessons within those three weeks from the termination notification, whether you attend the homework club slots or not.

Any refund requests will be subject to a 10% surcharge retained by Data Science Malta, covering administrative costs associated with initial registration and payment.

Public holidays are not included unless specified or requested.

Your use of this website and any dispute arising from such use of the website is subject to the laws of Malta.
