Course information and fees
Published course descriptions, formats, fees and durations are intended to describe the programme currently offered. Tutor availability and scheduling remain subject to confirmation. Standard short courses are currently advertised at €150 per person for 5 hours of one-to-one online tuition; seasonal and bootcamp fees are listed on their respective pages.
Withdrawal
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, written withdrawal requests should be made by email within the applicable period. If a learner requests services to begin during that period, rights may be affected in relation to services already supplied.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be submitted by email at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson. Where sudden illness is relied upon, supporting documentation may be requested. Late cancellations may remain chargeable.
Ending recurring booked slots
Three weeks' written notice by email is required to terminate recurring booked lesson slots. Sessions falling within that notice period remain payable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are subject to the administrative terms communicated at booking. The legacy website states a 10% administrative charge; this should be checked against applicable consumer law and the final payment process before launch.
Intellectual property
Website and course materials may not be copied, redistributed or commercially reused without permission unless otherwise stated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Maltese law, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
